HARLEY-DAVIDSON

It was time for the next generation to make the journey. As the age of their average rider approached 60+, H-D wanted to establish a youth movement that could be the foundation for their next 100 years. By defining their values, establishing a New Rider Training Course and committing to customer education around how to customize bikes, they opened the brand up to a new generation. We worked alongside them throughout this journey to create a customer experience that felt modern and relevant to new riders while holding on to the power of what made their brand an icon.
